History

Each feature creates artifacts in history/{feature-id}/:

• spec.md — original feature specification
• iteration-{n}.png — screenshots per iteration
• figma-reference.png — design reference (if Figma link provided)
• errors.log — captured errors
• report.md — final completion report

Note: history/ is gitignored.
