Core workflow

1. State the product decision that needs evidence.
2. Turn that decision into research questions and hypotheses.
3. Pick the lightest method that can answer the question credibly.
4. Define participants, tasks, success metrics, and bias controls.
5. Produce findings that are specific enough to drive action.
