Writing a codependix configuration

Codependix produces nothing until a configuration tells it what to export and where. Every field of the file is optional, but the file itself never is: every run names it with --config <path> (in this repository, --config configuration/codependix.config.ts), and a run naming none is refused. A configuration that leaves out include resolves every graph type for every project to target: "none" — a successful run that writes nothing. The configuration is the whole control surface; there is no flag that selects a graph type.
