The skill repeatedly invokes the claude-flow CLI via npx (e.g., "npx claude-flow ..."), which at runtime will fetch and execute the remote npm package (registry URL e.g. https://registry.npmjs.org/claude-flow) and thus can run remote code that controls hooks/prompts used by agents.
