The skill explicitly accepts arbitrary external URLs (see SKILL.md "Animate from a URL" examples) and scripts/generate-seedance.sh handles --image/--video-url/--audio-url by building images_list/videos_list/audios_list and submitting them to the seedance-v2.0-i2v endpoint, so untrusted public content is ingested and used as reference material that can materially influence generation.
