2. Keywords: real-time epidemic modelling, nowcasting, wastewater surveillance, phylodynamics, $ARGUMENTS

Phase 2: Filtering and Ranking

3. Filter by relevance to real-time analysis, novel methods, current outbreaks, known authors
4. Rank by potential impact

Phase 3: Summary

5. For each paper: title, authors, one-sentence summary, key innovation, application, link
6. Group by theme (methods, applications, reviews)

Phase 4: Export

7. Markdown file with top 5 must-reads, complete categorised list, RSS suggestions, notable authors
