- Search preprint servers for papers from the last 7 days:
- arXiv (q-bio.PE, stat.AP)
- medRxiv
- bioRxiv
- Keywords: real-time epidemic modelling, nowcasting, wastewater surveillance, phylodynamics, $ARGUMENTS
Phase 2: Filtering and Ranking
- Filter by relevance to real-time analysis, novel methods, current outbreaks, known authors
- Rank by potential impact
Phase 3: Summary
- For each paper: title, authors, one-sentence summary, key innovation, application, link
- Group by theme (methods, applications, reviews)
Phase 4: Export
- Markdown file with top 5 must-reads, complete categorised list, RSS suggestions, notable authors
