Resolve Issue

Own one issue from intake through the workflow. Other skills perform one stage and return their result to this orchestrator. Never let both a stage skill and the orchestrator launch the same next stage.

Current local boundary

1. Version 0.0.1 connects intake, planning, implementation and review to local G3 delivery gates, durable evidence and cleanup through trusted host callbacks. A configured --auto run can reach completion with verified project-specific proofs.
2. Native installation, real provider/deployment adapters and external acceptance remain unverified. Fake fixtures prove local contracts only; see the release's open evidence issues before making a live production claim.
3. Explicit user/project prohibitions override --auto. Each invocation supplies current stage/action permissions separately from saved state. Login, model calls and production require their actual authorized scope.
