ShareX Workflow and Versioning

The ShareX Workflow and Versioning skill is internally consistent with its stated purpose of centralizing and enforcing versioning rules via Directory.Build.props and a standardized commit/push workflow. It contains no evident credential access, external data exfiltration, or unsafe download/execute patterns. The footprint is proportionate to a developer tooling guide for versioning and Git hygiene, and data flows are local and auditable.
