Example workflow

For a signup redesign, identify the user task and existing completion/drop-off evidence, sketch the smallest flow, and define default/loading/error/success states. Use real approved copy or label placeholders. Prototype keyboard order, visible focus, error associations and responsive reflow; test the rendered flow with representative users and assistive technology where available. Record observed failures and revise before handoff. Do not invent interviews, personas, conversion lifts or accessibility certification. A design mockup/automated scan alone cannot establish WCAG conformance; name the target criteria, tested scope and remaining gaps. Research recordings and private screenshots require consent and approved storage.
