SRA Setup Debugger — "Why Isn't It Working?"

Automated diagnostic for FDEs and SEs who have SRA "set up" but it's not activating, not generating plans, actions are failing silently, or knowledge isn't grounding. Runs against a target org and produces a pass/fail checklist with exact fix instructions.

When to trigger

• User says "SRA isn't working", "agent isn't activating", "no plan generates"
• User asks "why isn't [action/knowledge/messaging] working in my org"
• User reports: component shows default intro text, actions return empty, knowledge not found
• User wants to validate their org setup before a demo
• User is setting up SRA in a new org and wants a pre-flight check

Getting Started

Prerequisites:

• sf CLI authenticated against the target org (sf org login completed)
• Python 3.9+ (optional — only needed for tracer integration)
