Establish the source of truth

• Use the workspace user guide for shared package roles and the end-to-end consumer workflow. Keep its guidance aligned when changing public adoption behavior.
• Read the consumer's repository guidance, manifests, justfile, web and xtask sources, and relevant workflows.
• Read shared source at the consumer's full pinned SHA.
• Identify the project slug, canonical URL, Dioxus base path, routes, generated outputs, optional browser demos, and default branch.
