Search for prospects matching the user's ideal customer profile (ICP):

• Pull recent news, funding rounds, or hiring signals as conversation starters

2. ICP Qualification

Score each lead against user-defined criteria:

Ask the user for their ICP if not provided:

• Target titles (e.g., "VP of Sales", "Head of Marketing")
• Company size range (e.g., "50-500 employees")
• Industries (e.g., "fintech, legaltech, B2B SaaS")
• Geography
• Any disqualifying signals

Then score each lead: Strong / Medium / Weak fit with a brief rationale.

3. Outreach Generation

For qualified leads, draft first-touch outreach:

Email:

• Subject line (2 variants)
• 3-sentence body: specific hook → value prop → soft CTA
• Personalized to their company/role/recent news

LinkedIn message:

• Under 300 characters
• Leads with a relevant observation, not a pitch

4. Lead List Output
