tinyanalytics — instrument product events

Prerequisite: the tracker is installed and verified (tinyanalytics-setup does that). $ORIGIN is https://dash.tinyanalytics.io or the self-hosted origin. Exact payloads and live-verified response shapes: references/api.md.

1. Design the events before writing code

Propose to the user, and get a yes on, a short event plan: snake_case event names for actions (signup_completed, checkout_started), a small flat props object per event (the values you'll want to break down by), and — for purchases — revenue + 3-letter currency. Fewer, well-named events beat many: every distinct name becomes a row in their dashboard. Never put secrets or raw PII in names or props.

2. Send from the right place

Browser (default) — the installed tracker exposes window.tinyanalytics:
