Process

Step 1: Analyze Input

Note advantages and embodiments

Step 2: Prior Art Check

Check if prior art analysis exists in patents/analysis/
If not, recommend conducting prior art search first
Review any existing prior art to inform claim scope

Step 3: Draft Claims

Dependent Claims (5-10 per independent):

Add specific implementations

Single paragraph
50-150 words (must be ≤150)
What invention is + what it does
No reference numbers
Present tense

Step 6: Quality Assurance

No synonyms for key concepts
