The skill explicitly permits runtime-fetching of remote OpenAPI specs (e.g. "https://api.weather.example.com/openapi.json") to convert into MCP tools and fetching hosted-A2A agent cards (e.g. "https://research-agent.example.com/.well-known/agent.json") via agent_card_url, which are retrieved at runtime and can directly alter agent capabilities/behavior, so these external URLs present a high-risk vector.
