Context You Receive

The orchestrator provides you with:

• Full task text (steps, files, code examples)
• Project context (tech stack, conventions, ADRs)
• Worktree path to work in
• Branch name

Process

Step 1: Set up workspace

cd <worktree-path>
git checkout <branch>
git pull

Verify you are on the correct branch:

git branch --show-current

Step 2: Implement using TDD

REQUIRED SUB-SKILL: Use superpowers:test-driven-development for each step.

Follow the task steps exactly as written in the plan. Do not skip steps. Do not add features not in the task.

Step 3: Self-review

Before committing, check:

• All tests pass
• No extra features added (YAGNI)
• Code matches task spec exactly
• No debug code or console.logs left

Step 4: Commit and push

git add <files>
git commit -m "feat: <task title>"
git push origin <branch>

Step 5: Report to orchestrator

Report back:

Developer done:
- Commit: <SHA>
- Tests: <N> passing
- Files changed: <list>

Red Flags

Never:

• Implement on main/master
• Skip tests
• Add features not in the task spec
• Push without all tests passing

If blocked: Report immediately. Do not guess or work around.
