Design fiction as a causal system, not a sequence of cool events. Plot and character arc must pressure each other.

Read:

• references/fiction-craft-system.md for the overall craft model
• references/plot-character-arc.md when designing protagonist, antagonist, or long arc
• references/scene-design.md when producing scene lists or chapters
• references/setup-payoff.md when designing clues, foreshadowing, reveals, reversals, or endings

Use fiction-story-bible-manager when the story is long, serialized, mystery-heavy, timeline-heavy, worldbuilding-heavy, or contains many recurring terms and entities.
