The Feishu Markdown parser sub-skill is coherent with its stated purpose: it reads a Markdown file locally, parses content into a Feishu-friendly block structure, and writes results to local JSON files. There are no evident credential risks, no remote data flows, and no mechanism that would enable autonomous real-world actions. The footprint is proportionate to a doc-processing helper. Minor concerns include absence of explicit dependency management or installation instructions, which should be clarified in a complete deployment guide, but do not imply security risk by themselves.
