The skill performs runtime HTTP calls to endpoints like ${STATIC#yqcloud_url}/ai/v1/${tenantId}/itsmScene/getServiceItemSchema (and ${STATIC#yqcloud_url}/itsm/v1/${tenantId}/service_items/...) which return schemas and service-item data that directly determine the agent's prompt-generation/interaction flow and are required for operation.
