What This Skill Does

Writes complete, conversion-optimized product page copy for dropshipping stores. Covers every section: headline, above-the-fold hook, benefit bullets, origin story/social proof, FAQ, urgency block, and CTA. Based on proven direct-response principles used by 7-figure dropshippers.

Paste a product name + short description → get a full ready-to-publish product page.

The Framework: The 7-Section Dropship Page

High-converting dropship product pages follow a predictable structure. Each section has ONE job. Skip one section and conversions drop.

Section 1: Headline (The Grab)

Formula: [Specific Result] Without [Common Pain/Sacrifice] — [Timeframe or Qualifier]

The headline must answer one question in under 5 seconds: "Is this for me?"

Examples:

  • "Finally Sleep Through the Night Without Drugs or Gimmicks"
  • "Fix Your Posture in 14 Days Without Expensive Chiropractor Visits"
  • "Lose the Back Pain That's Ruined Your Last 10 Flights"

What NOT to do: Generic product names ("LED Strip Lights"), clever wordplay nobody gets, or question headlines that don't promise anything.

Section 2: Above-the-Fold Hook (The Agitate)

3–5 sentences. Open with the exact situation your buyer is in RIGHT NOW. Make them feel understood before you sell anything.

Formula:

  1. Mirror the problem in their words
  2. Name the frustration/failure they've had before
  3. Hint that there's a better way (without revealing it yet)

Template:

You've tried [previous solution]. It [why it failed].
You've probably even [second attempt they made].
There's a reason that didn't work either.
The truth is, [real cause of problem] — and that's exactly what [product name] was built to fix.

Example (posture corrector):

You've tried sitting up straight. Works for 10 minutes, then you're hunched over again. You've probably even bought one of those foam rollers collecting dust in the corner. There's a reason that didn't work either. The truth is, your muscles are trained to default to bad posture — and you can't willpower your way out of that. That's exactly what the SpineAlign Pro was built to fix.

Section 3: Benefit Bullets (The Sell)

6–8 bullets. Each bullet = one benefit, written as outcome + mechanism. NOT features.

Formula per bullet: [Outcome they want] — [Because/Using/Thanks to brief mechanism]

Bad bullet: "Made from premium memory foam" Good bullet: "Sleeps cool even in summer — because the open-cell foam releases heat instead of trapping it"

Template set:

✓ [Primary desire result] — even if [common objection]
✓ [Secondary benefit] — without [sacrifice they fear]
✓ [Quick win] — starting [timeframe]
✓ [Social benefit] — so you can [positive social outcome]
✓ [Durability/quality signal] — built to [last/handle specific use case]
✓ [Ease of use] — no [complex setup/skill/tool] needed
✓ [Risk reducer] — backed by [guarantee/returns/certifications]

Section 4: Origin Story / Why This Exists (The Trust)

80–120 words. Make the product feel discovered, not manufactured. Real dropshippers skip this section — don't be them.

Formula:

  • Who found the problem (a person like the buyer)
  • What they tried that failed
  • What they discovered / how this product came to be
  • One specific detail that makes it feel real

Template:

[Product name] wasn't designed in a factory boardroom. It started with [relatable person] who had [specific problem for X years/months].

After trying [2-3 failed solutions], they discovered [the insight or mechanism that makes the product work].

That discovery became [product name] — and it's helped [X] customers [achieve result] since [year or "launching earlier this year"].

Section 5: Social Proof Block (The Validation)

Structure:

  1. Star rating + review count (e.g., "★★★★★ 4.8/5 from 2,340+ verified buyers")
  2. 3 reviews — one per specific use case/customer type

Review formula:

"[Specific before/after result in their words]. [One unexpected bonus they noticed]. [Name, age optional, location]"

Example reviews:

"I'd had lower back pain for 3 years. After 2 weeks wearing this 30 min a day I started waking up without stiffness. My wife even noticed I was standing taller. — Michelle R., Texas"

"Bought this skeptically. Figured it was another gimmick. But 10 days in and I genuinely feel the difference at my desk. Worth every cent." — James T., London

"Ordered for my mom who's 67. She calls it her 'magic vest.' Ships fast, looks discreet under clothes." — Priya K., Singapore

Section 6: Urgency + Scarcity Block (The Push)

This section exists to answer: "Why buy now instead of later?"

Choose one real mechanism:

  • Limited stock (if true): "Only 47 units left at this price — we restock monthly and often sell out"
  • Limited-time offer: "Free shipping ends [day]. After that, standard shipping applies."
  • Bundle deal: "Buy 2 get 1 free — this offer expires when our supplier promo ends"

Template:

⚠️ [Specific scarcity or deadline]

[1 sentence explaining why the constraint is real]

[CTA button copy]

Example:

⚠️ Only 38 units left at the $29.99 launch price.

We import in small batches to ensure quality — once this batch sells out, price returns to $44.99.

[CLAIM MY DISCOUNT — ADD TO CART]

Section 7: Risk Reversal + CTA (The Close)

The final objection is always: "What if it doesn't work for me?"

30-Day Guarantee Template:

Try [product name] for 30 days, completely risk-free.

If you don't [specific promised result], email us and we'll refund every cent. No questions, no hoops, no hassle.

We can offer this because [X]% of our customers [success stat or positive outcome].

[FINAL CTA BUTTON]

Complete Prompt — Paste Into Any AI

You are a direct-response copywriter specializing in high-converting dropshipping product pages.
Use the 7-Section Dropship Page framework to write a complete product page for the following product.

PRODUCT INFO:
- Product name: [NAME]
- What it does: [1-2 sentence description]
- Main customer problem it solves: [PROBLEM]
- Target customer: [WHO BUYS THIS]
- Price: [PRICE]
- Key mechanism/unique feature: [WHAT MAKES IT WORK]

Write all 7 sections:
1. Headline (use the [Result] Without [Pain] formula)
2. Above-the-fold hook (3-5 sentences, mirror the problem, hint at solution)
3. Benefit bullets (6-8 bullets, outcome + mechanism format)
4. Origin story (80-120 words, make it feel real not corporate)
5. Social proof block (star rating + 3 example reviews in customer voice)
6. Urgency/scarcity block (realistic, one clear mechanism)
7. Risk reversal + CTA (30-day guarantee, specific promise)

Tone: Conversational, direct, empathetic. NOT corporate. NOT salesy. Write like a trusted friend who really believes in this product.

Quick Example Output

Product: Magnetic phone car mount
Target buyer: Commuter frustrated with slipping/fumbling mounts

Headline:
"Keep Your Phone Exactly Where You Need It — No More Fumbling, Slipping, or Squinting at Screens in Traffic"

Above-the-fold hook:

You know that moment where you're driving, your GPS reroutes, and you have to take your eyes off the road to find your phone that's half-fallen off the mount? You've probably tried the suction cup ones. The vent clip ones. The ones that vibrate loose every time you hit a bump. Here's the thing: those designs are all fighting your phone instead of working with it. MagDrive uses a magnet rated to 15 lbs of hold force — your phone isn't going anywhere.

Benefit bullets:
✓ Instant one-hand phone placement — no squinting, no two-handed fumbling at red lights
✓ Holds through potholes, sharp turns, highway vibration — 15 lb rated magnet never loosens
✓ Works with any phone or case under 8mm thick — no special case required
✓ 360° swivel so you angle it exactly how you like — then it stays there
✓ Installs on any dash or windshield in under 60 seconds — no tools needed
✓ Clean look, not the bulky arm most mounts use — passengers won't even notice it
