Webinar Funnel Scripts

Skill ID: webinar-funnel-scripts Category: Copywriting / Conversion & CRO Author: ClawAds Tags: webinar, funnel, registration page, show-up sequence, presentation script, sales close, replay page, Russell Brunson, Amy Porterfield, high-ticket, info products, coaching, courses Description: Write every piece of copy in a webinar funnel — from the registration page headline to the live pitch close to the replay page deadline. Uses the Perfect Webinar framework (Russell Brunson) combined with show-up sequence tactics from top webinar marketers. Plug in your offer details and get ready-to-use scripts.

What This Skill Does

A webinar funnel has 5 distinct copy assets — each one with a specific job. Most marketers nail the presentation but lose registrants before they even show up, or fumble the close. This skill covers all 5 assets so your funnel is tight from opt-in to sale.

The 5 webinar funnel assets:

  1. Registration page (get the opt-in)
  2. Confirmation + show-up email sequence (get them to actually attend)
  3. Webinar presentation script (deliver value + sell)
  4. Live close + Q&A handling (convert watchers into buyers)
  5. Replay page (capture the ones who missed it)

Works for:

  • Live webinars (real-time)
  • Auto-webinars / evergreen funnels
  • Hybrid (live once, then automated replay)
  • High-ticket coaching ($1,000+)
  • Online courses ($197-$997)
  • Software / SaaS demos
  • Dropshipping masterclasses / ecom courses

Asset 1: Registration Page

The registration page has ONE job: convert traffic into registrants. It needs a compelling headline, 3-5 bullet points of what they'll learn, and a clear call to action. No navigation. No distractions.

Headline Formula

The "What + Result + Time + Objection" formula:

"How to [ACHIEVE RESULT] in [TIMEFRAME] Without [#1 OBJECTION]"

Examples:

  • "How to Launch Your First Profitable Shopify Store in 30 Days Without Spending a Fortune on Ads"
  • "How to Close High-Ticket Coaching Clients at $3,000+ Without Sales Calls or Cold Outreach"
  • "How to Build a 6-Figure Email List in 90 Days Without Paid Traffic"

Alternative: Curiosity/Secret formula:

"The [UNUSUAL/COUNTERINTUITIVE] Method [TARGET AUDIENCE] Are Using to [RESULT] (Free Training Reveals All)"

Template:

"FREE LIVE TRAINING: [HEADLINE]" Hosted by [YOUR NAME] | [DATE] | [TIME] [TIMEZONE]

Bullet Points (What They'll Learn)

3-5 bullets that are specific, benefit-driven, and create curiosity. Use the "without" structure.

Formula: "The [specific thing] that [result] — even if [objection]"

Example bullets for an ecom course webinar:

  • "The 3-product research criteria we use to find $10,000/month products before competitors do (takes 20 minutes, no tools required)"
  • "Why 90% of Shopify stores fail in the first 60 days — and the single tweak that turns losers into winners"
  • "The exact Facebook ad structure that gets our dropship products to profitability on the first test (not the $500 testing strategy everyone teaches — this costs $50)"
  • "How to set up your store so suppliers actually respond to you — and the negotiation script that cuts your product cost by 15-30%"

Registration CTA

"YES, Save My Spot!" "[DATE] | [TIME] [TIMEZONE] | [DURATION] minutes" "[NUMBER] people registered so far"

Below the form — credibility strip:

"As seen in: [LOGO] [LOGO] [LOGO]" OR "[TESTIMONIAL NAME]: 'This training helped me [specific result] in [timeframe]'"

Full Registration Page Prompt:

Write a webinar registration page for a free live training.

OFFER: [WHAT YOU'RE SELLING — course, coaching, software, etc.]
TARGET AUDIENCE: [WHO THEY ARE — be specific]
#1 RESULT THEY WANT: [SPECIFIC TRANSFORMATION]
#1 OBJECTION: [WHAT HOLDS THEM BACK]
DATE/TIME: [DATE + TIME + TIMEZONE]
HOST NAME: [YOUR NAME + 1-line credibility]

Write:
1. Headline (using "How to [result] without [objection]" formula)
2. Subheadline (who this is for + urgency)
3. 4 bullet points (what they'll learn — curiosity + benefit, no fluff)
4. Registration CTA button text
5. 2 social proof elements (testimonial snippet or stat)

Tone: Authoritative, direct, specific. No hype. No vague promises.

Asset 2: Confirmation + Show-Up Email Sequence

Most webinar funnels lose 70% of registrants by show-up time. This sequence has ONE job: get them to actually show up. 5 emails, sent over 3-7 days.

The 5-Email Show-Up Sequence

Email 1: Confirmation + What to Expect (send immediately)

Subject: "You're registered! Here's what's coming on [DATE]..."

Structure:

  • Confirm their registration
  • Remind them of the ONE big thing they'll get
  • Tell them to block their calendar
  • Light teaser: "One thing you won't want to miss is [SPECIFIC THING]..."

Email 2: Story/Why This Matters (send 2 days before)

Subject: "Why I'm doing this [date] training..."

Structure:

  • Tell a personal story that connects to their pain
  • Bridge to why the webinar solves it
  • Restate what they'll get
  • CTA: "Add to calendar"

Email 3: Pre-frame the Big Idea (send 1 day before)

Subject: "The [counterintuitive belief] most [target audience] have about [topic]"

Structure:

  • Challenge a common belief in your niche
  • Tease that you'll explain the truth on the webinar
  • Build curiosity for the "secret" or "method" you'll reveal
  • CTA: "See you tomorrow at [time]"

Email 4: Day-Of Reminder (send morning of webinar)

Subject: "TODAY at [time] — your spot is still saved"

Structure:

  • Simple, direct reminder
  • The ONE result they'll get
  • Link to join
  • Social proof: "Join [X] others who are already registered"

Email 5: Last-Chance Reminder (send 1 hour before)

Subject: "[FIRST NAME], we start in 60 minutes..."

Structure:

  • Final nudge — starts in 1 hour
  • Remove friction: "Join 5 minutes early to make sure your tech works"
  • One-line what they'll miss if they don't show
  • Link to join

Show-Up Sequence Prompt:

Write a 5-email webinar show-up sequence for a free live training.

WEBINAR TOPIC: [TOPIC]
DATE/TIME: [DATE + TIME]
TARGET AUDIENCE: [WHO THEY ARE]
#1 THING THEY'LL GET FROM THE WEBINAR: [SPECIFIC RESULT OR INSIGHT]
HOST NAME: [YOUR NAME]
PERSONAL STORY/CREDIBILITY: [1-2 sentences about your background]

Write all 5 emails:
1. Immediate confirmation (what to expect)
2. 2 days before (personal story, why this matters)
3. 1 day before (challenge a belief, tease the big idea)
4. Morning of (day-of reminder)
5. 1 hour before (final nudge)

For each email: Subject line + body (150-250 words). Conversational tone, not corporate. Include a CTA with the webinar link placeholder [LINK].

Asset 3: Webinar Presentation Script (The Perfect Webinar)

Based on Russell Brunson's Perfect Webinar framework. This is the core script — typically 60-90 minutes for a live sell, 45-60 minutes for automated.

The 4-Part Perfect Webinar Structure

Part 1: THE INTRO + BIG PROMISE (0-10 min)

Goal: Hook them fast, establish credibility, tell them what they're going to get.

Template:

"Before I get into the content, I want to tell you exactly what we're going to cover today — and why it matters. By the end of this training, you're going to know [SPECIFIC RESULT 1], [SPECIFIC RESULT 2], and [SPECIFIC RESULT 3]. If you stay with me until the end, I'm also going to show you [BONUS TEASER]. But first, let me tell you why I'm qualified to teach this..."

Then: 3-minute credibility story (where you were, what changed, where you are now, proof).

"And in the last [TIMEFRAME], I've helped [NUMBER] [TYPE OF PEOPLE] achieve [RESULT]."

Part 2: CONTENT — THE 3 SECRETS (10-55 min)

The core teaching section. You deliver 3 "secrets" (lessons). But here's the key: each secret is designed to BREAK A FALSE BELIEF that would otherwise stop them from buying at the end.

The 3 Secret Framework:

  • Secret 1 — Breaks their belief about their VEHICLE (the method/way of achieving the result)

    • "The way most people try to [achieve result] is completely wrong. Here's why, and here's what actually works..."
  • Secret 2 — Breaks their belief about their INTERNAL obstacles

    • "You might be thinking 'I can't do this because I'm not [techy / experienced / credentialed]...' — here's why that's not actually the problem..."
  • Secret 3 — Breaks their belief about EXTERNAL obstacles

    • "You might also be thinking 'I don't have [time / money / connections]...' — here's how [STUDENT WHO HAD LESS] did it anyway..."

For each secret:

  1. State the secret (counterintuitive, specific)
  2. Tell a story that proves it (yours or a student's)
  3. Teach the framework/mechanism
  4. Show proof it works
  5. Transition: "Which brings me to Secret [2/3]..."

Part 3: THE OFFER / STACK (55-70 min)

Now you pivot from content to offer. Do this with a transition:

"OK, so those are the 3 secrets. Now here's the thing — knowing this intellectually is one thing. But actually implementing it is another. That's why I put together [OFFER NAME]..."

The offer stack presentation:

"Here's everything you get when you join [PROGRAM NAME] today:

[MAIN THING] — Value: $[X]
This is [what it is + why it matters]

[BONUS 1] — Value: $[X]
This is [what it is + specific result it creates]

[BONUS 2] — Value: $[X]
[same format]

[BONUS 3] — Value: $[X]
[same format]

Total value: $[TOTAL]

But today, because you showed up live, you're not going to pay $[TOTAL]. You're not going to pay $[MEDIUM]. Today only, your investment is just $[PRICE]."

Part 4: THE CLOSE + Q&A (70-90 min)

3-part close:

  1. Future pacing — "Imagine 90 days from now when [TRANSFORMATION]..."
  2. Two-path close — "You have two options. Option 1: [do nothing, same result]. Option 2: [join, get transformation]."
  3. Urgency — "This offer is ONLY available to people who showed up live today. When I close the room, this price goes away."

Handling objections in Q&A: Common objections and how to address them:

Objection Response
"I don't have time" "That's exactly why this works — [TIMEFRAME] per day is all it takes. [Student example]."
"I've tried things before and they didn't work" "That's because [old method] doesn't work — this is different because [mechanism]."
"Is there a payment plan?" "Yes, you can do [X] payments of $[Y]."
"I need to think about it" "The only thing that changes when you wait is you miss the live bonuses. The price goes back to $[HIGHER] at midnight."

Webinar Script Prompt:

Write a webinar presentation script outline using the Perfect Webinar framework.

OFFER: [WHAT YOU'RE SELLING]
PRICE: $[PRICE]
TARGET AUDIENCE: [WHO THEY ARE]
#1 TRANSFORMATION: [WHAT THEY ACHIEVE]
THE 3 FALSE BELIEFS TO BREAK:
  - Belief 1 (about the method): [WHAT THEY BELIEVE IS WRONG]
  - Belief 2 (internal block): [WHAT THEY THINK ABOUT THEMSELVES]
  - Belief 3 (external block): [WHAT THEY THINK ABOUT THEIR SITUATION]
YOUR CREDIBILITY: [YOUR BACKGROUND + RESULT]
OFFER STACK: [MAIN PRODUCT + 2-3 BONUSES + VALUES]
URGENCY ELEMENT: [WHAT EXPIRES + WHEN]

Write a detailed outline with:
- Intro + big promise (talking points)
- Credibility story (3 minutes)
- Secret 1: [story + teaching + proof + transition]
- Secret 2: [same structure]
- Secret 3: [same structure]
- Offer pivot transition
- Full offer stack presentation with values
- 3-part close (future pace + two paths + urgency)
- 5 pre-written Q&A objection responses

Total outline should be detailed enough to present from — not just bullet points.

Asset 4: Live Webinar Close Scripts

These are the exact words for the final 15 minutes of your webinar when you make the pitch.

The Pivot

"OK, I want to stop here because I've given you a lot of value today. You now know [SECRET 1], [SECRET 2], and [SECRET 3]. The question is — what are you going to DO with this? Here's the thing. You could take what I just shared and try to implement it on your own. And honestly, some of you will. But for those of you who want a faster, more supported path — I've put together something that I want to share with you. It's called [PROGRAM NAME], and here's what it includes..."

The Stack Close

"So let me show you everything you get..."

[Go through each item with value]

"If you added all of that up, you're looking at $[TOTAL] worth of [type of value]. But today — because you showed up live — you're not paying $[TOTAL]. You're not paying $[MEDIUM ANCHOR]. Your investment today is $[PRICE]. And you can get started right now by clicking the link on your screen / in the chat below."

The Urgency Close

"Now here's the thing I need you to understand. This price — $[PRICE] with all these bonuses — is ONLY for people in this room right now. The moment this webinar ends, the price goes back up to $[HIGHER PRICE] and the [BONUS] disappears. I'm not saying this to pressure you. I'm saying it because it's true, and you deserve to know."

The Two-Path Close

"So here's where you are right now. You have two paths in front of you. Path one: you close this window, go back to what you were doing, and [3 months from now you're still stuck with same problem]. Path two: you click the link below, join [PROGRAM NAME], and [3 months from now you've achieved specific transformation]. Which path do you want? Click the link below if you're ready to choose path two."

Asset 5: Replay Page

The replay page converts people who missed the live webinar (usually 50-70% of registrants). It should look slightly different from the original registration page to signal scarcity.

Replay Page Elements

Headline:

"You Missed the Live Training — But We're Keeping the Replay Up Until [DATE/TIME]"

OR

"REPLAY AVAILABLE: '[WEBINAR TITLE]' — Watch Before [DATE] [TIME]"

Urgency copy:

"We're removing this training on [DATE] at [TIME] because [REAL REASON — we're going live again / the offer closes / out of respect for live attendees]. If you want to watch, do it now."

Embedded video (the full webinar recording, often with a timed reveal of the offer link — unlocks at the 50-minute mark)

Below the video:

"If you watched the full replay and you're ready to get started with [PROGRAM NAME], click the button below. Remember, this offer closes [DATE] at [TIME]."

Replay Page Prompt:

Write a replay page for a webinar.

WEBINAR TITLE: [TITLE]
OFFER: [PROGRAM NAME + PRICE]
DEADLINE: [WHEN OFFER EXPIRES]
REASON FOR DEADLINE: [WHY IT'S REAL — going live again, offer closes, etc.]

Write:
1. Headline (urgency + replay availability + deadline)
2. 3-sentence paragraph under the headline (why they should watch now)
3. Text above the video player (what to have ready, how long it is)
4. Text below the video player (CTA to buy + remind of deadline + reinforce guarantee)
5. 3 testimonial snippets from people who attended live

Tone: Warm but urgent. Not pushy. Just real.

Real Example Output

Offer: $997 dropshipping masterclass
Target: First-time dropshippers who've tried and failed, 25-40 years old

Generated registration headline:

"FREE LIVE TRAINING: How to Find and Launch Your First Winning Dropship Product in 14 Days — Using a Research Method Most Gurus Don't Teach (And Won't)"

Generated show-up email #3 subject line:

"The thing every failed dropshipper gets wrong about product research..."

Generated Secret 1 opening:

"Most people think finding a winning product is about looking at what's already selling on AliExpress. They open up TurboAdSpy, filter for the highest-engagement ads, and copy whatever's working. And this is exactly why they fail. By the time something is visible in an ad spy tool, it's already saturated. You're not finding winners — you're finding the graveyard. The Secret 1 is this: winning products aren't found, they're filtered. And the filter isn't popularity — it's margin + mechanism + market timing. Let me show you what I mean..."
