Trigger

  • Keywords: analyze issue, investigate problem, problem analysis, root cause, root cause analysis

When NOT to Use

  • Known root cause, fix directly (use /bug-fix)
  • Pure feature development (use /feature-dev)
  • Only need code review (use /codex-review)
